Steubenville Youth Conference
From 5:00 am to 5:00 amThe Steubenville Youth Conference is a three-day experience consisting of music, keynote speakers, small group time, breakout sessions, Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, fellowship, and fun! The majority of the conference takes place in a large-group setting, but teens will also spend time in small groups of 7-8 people of the same gender with at least one adult leader. Some groups may also have a high school-aged junior leader. Youth participating with their parish youth ministry will meet in small groups together. If youth are not participating with a parish, they will be placed in a small group with youth from other area parishes. Parish leaders will request the number of spots needed for their group (including adults) and collect paper registration forms from all their participants. The parish deadline is Thursday, February 4th for requesting spots with the Archdiocesan contingency, so please contact your parish youth minister now for materials. Individual Youth Registration We continue to welcome and encourage teens without a parish group to attend the conference! Each hub will reserve a number of spots for individual teens to attend, but they will be limited after Thursday, Feb. 4th. Please contact your hub coordinator directly for additional information and registration materials. Refund Policy Parishes are responsible for paying a $50.00 per person, non-refundable deposit for all spots reserved (Thursday, February 4). The deposit is non-refundable even if another parish is capable of filling the dropped spots. Parishes are responsible for paying the remaining balance ($220 per person) for all spots retained after the drop/add deadline on Wednesday, April 20th. Parishes may make substitutions up until the registration deadline (Friday, May 20th). Teens not attending with a parish group please contact your hub coordinator for refund information.
